DAN CAKE is the largest producer of family size Sponge Cakes and Swiss Rolls in Scandinavia.

 

Our assortment covers a wide field and consists of many interesting cakes which are sold at home and abroad. We make an effort to develop new products that follow trend of the time and live up to demands from both consumers and retailers. At the same time we attach importance to produce tasty cakes that give the consumer “value for money”. We only use the best raw materials and shelf life of 13 weeks is achieved by a combination of a thorough production hygiene combined with controlled water content and the use of sugar as natural conservation ingredient.
